Tara P. Kao, Esquire started her own practice in 2011 and has been practicing law since 2006. She has been involved in diverse matters from personal injury cases to business sales to family disputes. She has helped close countless real estate transactions and business deals. With her efforts, clients have recovered significant damages for their personal injuries. She has also been involved in numerous litigation and gets results for her clients.

Tara received her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and was a managing editor in the Villanova Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree in Business/Finance from Carnegie Mellon University cum laude.
Robert J. O'Hara is a graduate of Chestnut Hill College where he earned a B.A. in Political Science. He is also a member of the Phi Beta Lambda Business Fraternity. While in college, Robert interned at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Department of Government Affairs.
He earned his J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School. During law school, he participated in their Business Transaction in Emerging Economies program and spent time studying in Havana, Cuba.
Following law school, Robert joined a reputable law firm practicing workers’ compensation defense.
In 2019, Robert joined Kao Law Firm where he represents clients in various areas including civil litigation, immigration, family law, and business transactions.
Robert is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Delaware County Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, and Pennsylvania Bar Association.
